Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TANA BANA CREATIONS cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will be subject to our return policy.
