1. About us and these terms. tanabanahut.com is operated by Tana Bana Creations sole proprietorship, 61, Second Floor, Vijay Block, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092, MSME UDYAM-DL-02-0130802. By using the site or
placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility. Users must be 18 or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Products and descriptions. All items are artificial (imitation) jewellery and fashion accessories. They are not precious metal. We try to show colours and sizes
accurately, but screens vary. Country of origin: India.
4. Prices and offers. Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. The checkout shows the total price with a breakdown of shipping and COD
fees before you pay. Offer rules (100% of Gift Vouchers) apply as described on each offer page. We may change or end offers going forward, but never on an order you’ve already placed.
5. Orders and acceptance. An order is confirmed when you receive an order-confirmation email/SMS. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) for stock errors,
obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we’ll tell you why.
6. Payments. Payment by PhonePe Payment Gateway (UPI, cards, netbanking) or COD (₹49 fee). We don’t store card details.
7. Shipping, returns, cancellations. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, which are part of these terms.
8. Reviews and user content. Reviews must be genuine and based on a real purchase. We don’t edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove
abusive, unlawful or off-topic content. By tagging @tanabanahut, you allow us to re-post your content with credit, we will ask permission first.
9. Intellectual property. All site content, including photos, product names, text and logo, belongs to Tana Bana Creations and may not be copied without
permission.
10. Prohibited use. No scraping, fraud, misuse of offers, or reselling bulk purchases as Tana Bana Hut without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law doesn’t allow this limit.
12. Privacy. Governed by our Privacy Policy.
